Returns & Refunds
1. Your Right to Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in their original condition, unused and undamaged
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Not show signs of wear or use
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Items not in their original condition
- Items without proof of purchase
4. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at contact@gardivox.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and our return address
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Important:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Keep your tracking information until your refund is processed
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please note:
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time (5-10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (though all our orders ship free)
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gardivox.com
Step 2: Provide photos of the damage and your order number
Step 3: We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Important: For faulty or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at contact@gardivox.com
- We will arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you
- We will send the correct item or issue a full refund
9. Warranty Claims
All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects:
- Contact us at contact@gardivox.com with your order number and photos
- We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund if valid
- The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of us processing it:
- Check with your bank or payment provider first (processing times vary)
- Contact us at contact@gardivox.com if the issue persists
- Provide your order number and return tracking information
