1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to:
- Northern Ireland (due to shipping complexities)
- BFPO addresses
- PO Box addresses
- International addresses
2. Shipping Costs
FREE delivery on all orders - no minimum purchase required!
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed
- You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships
4. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Total delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from order placement
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can use this number to track your parcel with our courier partner
- If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us
6. Delivery Process
- Our courier will attempt delivery to your specified address
- If you are not available, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions
- You may be able to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete
7. Missing or Damaged Items
Missing Items:
- If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us immediately
- We will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund
Damaged Items:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery
- If items arrive damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at contact@gardivox.com
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
8. Incorrect Address
- We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately
- We will attempt to redirect your order, but cannot guarantee success
- Additional charges may apply for address changes after dispatch
